To optimize construction costs and support the renovation work, we would like to launch a pilot program for special projects managed by members of the LESPACEMAKER community. We are therefore seeking applicants for various projects and assignments to be carried out independently.
Special projects will be determined during the construction period (September 2025 to July 2026) and are ancillary to the construction work. These are projects related to the construction site managed by our general contractor (Avantage +). The goal is to reduce construction expenses within the renovation budget.
